Shooting permission
If a producer intens to use for his shooting (in public areas) only a hand-camera without influencing the traffic, then there is no permission needed. Also the dedestians mustn`t be impaired or delayed.
Department 6 gives particular shooting permissions for its districts.But before you get the particular permission, you need a general permission, which you get from the road traffic authorities (Landespolizeiverwaltungsamt-Strassenverkehrsbehörde).
